This entire group has provided me with truly exceptional care. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. Their bedside manners, empathy, understanding, and knowledge are outstanding. Each member of the team takes the time to listen, explain, and ensure you feel comfortable and informed. The office staff are attentive, joyful, and go above and beyond to make every visit smooth and pleasant. I always leave feeling reassured, confident, and genuinely cared for. I couldn’t ask for a better healthcare experience and highly recommend this team to anyone seeking compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional care.

This was my first time at this lab. When I arrived they had what seemed like a lot of people waiting but don’t let that fool you! I was very impressed with how fast they get people in and out. Silvana was so good in finding my vein and I was done in less than a few minutes.

Very professional and friendly staff! I started the morning going to Quest but they sent me away telling me they no longer take walk-ins. Another patient their recommended I go to Orlando Health. I showed up 20 minutes later and am pleased as can be as they were able to see me within 30 minutes. Once again, very friendly and professional staff - I am switching to using them from now on!

I took my 1 year old to get his blood drawn. It was a horrible experience. They were unable to draw his blood after poking him and moving the needle around in his arm for quiet a while! On top of that they blamed me and told me that I had to send my husband next time to hold him., even though there were two of them! Apparently me holding him so tight that I made his arm all red was not enough! They blamed me for their unprofessionalism! I guess if you don’t have a husband to take your child to get blood work done at this place you will not be able to! Talk about sexism!
