While the therapists themselves were very good. The admin has wasted my daughter’s rehab visits by incorrectly assuming the insurance would not allow for consecutive PT/OT visits. Had they correctly scheduled both for one visit (which would count as one visit for insurance purposes ) they would not have wasted nearly all of her benefits. We have since moved to another facility that has no problem scheduling concurrent therapies. However due to the negligence of this facility she will be unable to complete her Ot/Pt therapies resulting from a TBI. My Opinion is that this facility, other than a fancy name, is no different than another. Shame on them for wasting most of her benefits and leaving her rehab incomplete.

I've had a couple appointments with physical therapist Chloe now and she is amazing. She listens and addresses my concerns and had already helped me feel more confident in what my body can do after my newest mystery medical issue cropped up. I just with Google had more information for their office. I was trying to double check their hours and it took a good bit of digging to see it's regular 8am open. I think it was a 5pm close, but I was more worried about the open time lol

Occupational therapist refused treatment. Have trouble organizing and navigating obstacles. Was diagnosed with a tbi and a non Dr occupational therapist tried to tell me it was in my head. Other therapists are great but their occupational therapist is terrible. Go elsewhere for occupational therapy.

Great therapist and exceptional customer service. They treat brain as well as spinal cord injury patients.

The therapists were excellent, they really care about their patients.
