When God made this hospital, He truly hand-picked every single one of you. Every person I encountered was amazingly beautiful, kind, caring, compassionate, understanding, and respectful. Your HR team must be a 10-star team, because you have hired some truly extraordinary people. My son, Easton, was admitted to the Epilepsy floor several times in December 2025 — December 14–15, December 25–27, and again on December 29th. During a time filled with confusion and uncertainty, you gave our family comfort, confidence, and peace. Our family recently had an unexpected hospital stay with our young child, and we are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care we received here. From the beginning, the medical team was thorough, compassionate, and communicative, which brought us so much comfort during a very stressful time. We especially want to recognize our surgeon, who was exceptionally skilled and took the time to explain each step to us in a way that made us feel informed and supported. The nurses who cared for our child were kind, patient, and attentive — they made a difficult experience so much easier for our family. The Child Life team was also a huge help. They provided sensory tools, comfort items, and support that made our child feel safe and calm throughout the stay — their work truly made a difference.

We were treated by top notch doctors and nurses during my son’s stay at Around Palmer Children’s Hospital! What was a scary situation at first they made it calm. All the ER staff at the South Lake hospital were amazing as well before he was transferred to APCH by ambulance. The facility was immaculate and the smell was amazing! Our 9 year young sonI’m currently sitting with a mix of anger, confusion, compassion, and gratitude after my son’s experience at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. Our son is just 9 years young. He had double Achilles lengthing procedure with Dr.Phan. We had to advocate for our son in a way I never dreamed of. Im here to continue to advocate for him until his voice is strong, leaving my ONLY choice as showing him what respectful strength looks like. Because I’m still processing what happened, I’m not yet in a place to write the mindful and professional review that this experience deserves. For now, I’m leaving two stars. In two weeks we have a follow-up appointment with the surgeon, and I hope to address some of the disconnect we experienced around compassionate communication and t

The Arnold Palmer Pediatric team is second to none. The hospital is sterile, the staff are exceptionally educated and well trained. From their diagnosis to their bed side manner is professional, but empathetic, supportive and thorough. My daughter has been to another ER twice in the last 6 months and this was her third time in the ER and 1st time at Arnold Palmer. They literally saved her life because the did every test, scan, sono and everything else and that was needed to diagnose her. Cardiology Dr. Mart is not only an amazing cardiologist but he provided us with a health plan so we can be proactive and better monitor our daughter’s condition. He scheduled a follow up evaluation before her release. The staff is truly exceptional. I am very grateful 😍🙏🏾.
