Dr. Scott Rotatori and his business staff at the initial consultation were curt and some would say lacking of a warm bedside manner, but I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. At that initial consultation I asked him if he would elect to do the secondary procedure I came in for if he were me, he said he wouldn’t. Even though that meant that the cost of my procedure would be less and he would therefore make less from me as a patient. I was and am so grateful for his honesty.
