I am very pleased with the Orlando Family Practice Care, P.A. The office is clean and I am impressed with the service, and professionalism and the communication between the staff. Dr. Jorro, Thank you for not ordering a Pap smear for my mother at age 75. Remember your faithful patient Zulma? That decision — to disregard established screening guidelines for elderly patients — ultimately spared her from unnecessary testing, invasive follow-up, and the cascade of complications that too often follow procedures that are no longer clinically indicated. It is unfortunate that this standard of care was not applied consistently, as my mother passed away on December 7, 2025, after a series of events that never should have begun. While you enjoy the many vacations benefiting from health insurance charges from patients. My mother was subjected to painful chemo and loss of hair. She suffered tremendously from an aggressive uterus cancer.She complained about symptoms to you!

My daughter and I have beengoigto this office, For years. We appreciate everyone there. There are some that of course shine in some that shine more but it’s always comfortable. Dr Jorro and her staff are always patient and listen to us and what’s wrong with us. They have 24 hour care and they mean it when I had a dehydration experience two weeks ago and I was completely out of it. My daughter called Dr Jorro. It was a Saturday she called us back and told us what to do and kept calling to check on me for two days. I called that great service. I call that compassion and caring. I have been in Orlando now going on 9 yrs. Before finding Orlando Family Practice, I had a few not so wonderful experiences with primaries. I am a very complicated and not so easy to deal with sometimes. These past few yrs though, my faith has been restored. Thank you to ALL of you for all of your patience, kindness, promptness and working with me to learn ME! Taking your time to learn how to make ME understand and to teach me about what's going on with not just me but my mother as well. Honestly.. compassion and CARING! The office is always clean. Everyone who works here are all very nice and care about the patients. I usually see Daniel, Eliezer and Juan and they’re all great. The communication is awesome. 10/10 recommend!
