I would like to highlight the excellent care I received from my nurse, Andrea Valentina Newman, during my visit. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. She explained everything clearly and her gentle approach made such a difference. I truly appreciated her professionalism and compassion. My doctor Mojica was also wonderful. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure all my questions were answered. I left the appointment feeling understood and confident in my care plan. Overall, I am very grateful for the quality of service I received. Thank you for providing such a caring and supportive environment.

I visited this office yesterday after becoming ill overnight. Earlier in the week, my daughter was diagnosed with Flu Type A. By Tuesday morning, I developed severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, a high fever (101.9), thick yellow mucus, and a persistent cough. I was already scheduled for lab work, so I asked if I could be seen. I was directed to the Conway location due to availability. From the moment I arrived, the experience was uncomfortable. At check-in, another patient cut in front of me and the front desk staff did not address it. While that was minor, the more concerning issue was how I was treated throughout the visit. I was repeatedly greeted and spoken to in Spanish. I understand and respect that Spanish is widely spoken in our community. However, I do not speak Spanish. I

I'm very pleased with the nurse in labs with her well techniques in drawing blood and doing the cardio. She's well manered and knows her profession. As for the rest of the staff they're all nice including Dr Hernandez who has a positive attitude. Thankyou

From the moment you walk in you get greeted and the coffee is waiting for you. Everyone at the front desk is nice but my favorite is Emilia, she goes above and beyond for patients. I’m sure all doctors there are great but I have always seen Dr. Mojica so I can speak about her. Dr. Mojica is very patient , kind and knowledgeable. She is very detailed in explaining results and conditions. This is why I always see her. At the lab, the phlebotomist named Tatianna was so nice and friendly. I hate needles and she took out TWO tubes of blood and I didn’t even feel a thing. I will make sure I always see her.

Today was our first day as a patient. The front office workers were pretty nice and very receiving. The transition was smooth. We were taken to the back and greeted by Sofia, a young lady who also spoke great English. She was very professional and kind. She was very patient with providing directions and very clearly stated. We appreciate the experience and it’s very likely that this will be our new medical family home in the future. Thank you.
