Why do the walk ins get to be seen before the appointment people?? And if you're 5 minutes late they reschedule you even though it's going to be hours before i see the doctor, my 5 minutes isn't going be make a difference it's not as if i made the doctor wait & held up everybody but yet its ok if they make YOU wait hours even if you made an appointment, This is something to think about if you're reading this on how messed up this place is runned , How does this place have 4.3 stars? When it's an all day process, especially when you make an appointment, isn't that the reason for making appointments?, it's understandable if you have to wait a reasonable amount of time but when you gotta wait HOURS just to see the doctor and you're switched from the main office lobby room just to be moved int

Dr. RIVERA IS AN AMAZING Doctor. Been with her for 4 years. And her nurse Sherly. Is amazing too. She is very sweet. I never been in a doctor that care so much with the patients like them.

I am very impressed by the care I received today at Orlando Family Medical. The front desk ladies, nurse, Dr.Olga Guzman, the check out lady and the ladies that take the blood samples for labs, were all extremely amazing. Dr.Guzman took her time, she listened, she asked questions, she was sweet and kind. This is the type of care any patient deserves and I am extremely grateful. Thank you!

The only reason I go here is because it is close to the house.If they had a good leader and someone to delegate better it would get a 5 star. No one should wait over 45 min to be seen by a Dr! No one should be on hold for 15min! Been going here for over 10yr and I am lucky if I see the Dr 3 to 5 hrs! Like I said before they need a new leader! Hopefully 2026 they get one!

Me agradece muchisimo este lugar. I’ve seen this place for years and I’d never been. By its exterior, It didn’t inspire confidence. Seemed like one of those places that would constantly be full waiting all day to be seen. BUT I WAS WRONG. Since I changed insurance this was the place near home that my insurance recommended. So finally I’m set to visit this place. As soon as I walk in I’m greeted by a pleasant reception area. Didn’t have to wait long to be attended and when I see my doctor (Olga) I was pleased with the interaction. I’ve been here several times since. I’m always satisfied. I actually feel happy coming to this medical center. A hidden gem.
