Dr.Parul Pal is the gold standard for Doctors. If I could think and operate at this speed I would run the world. Trust her with your eyes. Trust her with your health records. Trust her to care about your eyes even more than you care about your eyes. She is thorough and cares about you as a whole person and not just eyes. She remembers things about your life. This is a doctor that opened her practice on a Sunday to care for my eyes. This is a doctor who gives her cell phone in case you need her. If you need an ophthalmologist then your search is over. Trust me. I let her operate on my eyes, twice! I am healthy and happy and look great!

Response to Owner: Look at the other multiple reviews about the rude staff in this office. It’s really bad business when the doctor excuses them rather than striving for patient satisfaction and actually addresses their patient’s concerns. Additionally, your offices reminded me of my time in Bombay, very dirty. Owner’s Response to Original Review (below): I'm sorry we don't know you. You're not in our system, when you walked in and asked for an appointment right away, you were instructed by the front desk staff member to wait till we could address if we had an open spot or can fit you in our schedule.
