Excellent imaging center. From the beginning, the process was well organized and efficient. The accuracy of the studies is outstanding which gives great confidence in the results. The waiting time was minimal, which is truly appreciated, and the staff provided excellent care throughout the visit. She was excellent, professional, sensitive to patient needs, caring, calm, eager, has tremendous patience, great customer service skills, and a sincere willingness to go beyond the call of duty. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Orlando Diagnostic Center. They got me in same day — which is practically unheard of — and treated me with such kindness and professionalism. I’ll admit, I was being a bit of a big baby, but the staff was so supportive and reassuring the entire time. They’ll never truly know how much I appreciated the care they gave me. It wasn’t just fast — it was thorough, thoughtful, and far beyond what I’ve experienced back home in North Florida. I left feeling seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. If I lived closer, this would absolutely be my go-to place. Highly recommend!
