Great doctors...but you will never get an appointment to see them. The front office is horrible at returning phone calls, and the only way I was able to make appointments was by calling a friend who works with them. There is also a long wait to be called in and I doubt I have ever been seen on time. Today, an hour after my appointment time, I was called in to be told that they do not have my lab results. I was able to access them in my records at the VA; they should have them checked before my appointment, and to be told they didn't get them was the last straw. When I told the nurse I was leaving, she just said "okay" and did not even apologize. Go somewhere else if you don't have the time to wait in their lobby or need to be seen soon. I will not be going back ever again.

Refused to help me after losing 50lbs and called my condition anxiety. Due to his neglect I am now at over 70lbs lost! I am now thriving with my new GI where I am getting treated for gastroparesis (which was the first thing I brought up to him annd his son) and mals. Safe to say if you are a young person DO NOT seek help from him nor his child who works there!!!

I'm very happy with my decision choosing Dr Orestes. I was very surprised that just a little after I made my appointment, I got a call from the office to offer me a sooner date, and a couple of weeks before my appointment, they called me again to bring me sooner. Amazing and friendly staff. A had a great first time experience. Keep up the good work.

The front staff as you walk in is not very friendly. Once upstairs, the staff was pleasant. I waited close to an hour and a half just to be called in to be weighed. Then another hour for the doctor to come into the room. The doctor is friendly but talks too fast and does not give time for clarification. His son, however, did stay back and assured me of the best steps to move forward and waited for my questions.

NP Moldes has been amazing every time I’ve followed up with him. My usual experience of doctors/providers has been to wait an hour or so for a 5 minute conversation. Not so with him. He takes his time in explaining the studies as well as the results, making sure I understand every aspect of my health. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone for their GI health. A++ !!!
