Orchid Cove at Vero Beach

I must be at a different Cove. This one while some people are very nice and attentive but others could care less. More than once she had to have a diaper changed. Someone came in to see what she needed and said ok I’ll find the aide. No one comes so ring the nurse again. End up having to go to nurses station to remind them again. Totally amazing 🥲

From the moment we arrived at Orchid Cove the staff was so friendly. My father was transported from the hospital and they immediately treated him so good. From the front office to the CNA’s, PT, OT, Speech Therapist, nurses and Social Services etc. I can’t thank them enough! They treated him like family and took great care of him. Even though we are so happy that my father was discharged I would request that he would go back to Orchid Cove if he ever needed rehabilitation again. Thank you again to the entire staff for their excellent care!

Although my son Joey was only there for a short rehab stay, the staff proved to be exceptional. Kaitlin and Tera were kind, caring and professional. CNA "Q" is the best, definitely an asset to Orchid Cove. The PT, OT and speech therapists truly cared about helping my son through this difficult time, and were attentive to his needs. Although the facility is old, the staff did their best to keep it clean. I would definitely recommend Orchid Cove at Vero Beach.

My mother was there for a month. Staff were very nice. Food was terrible and if she did not eat what was offered they did not offer much of an alternative. Discharge plans were not communicated well to the patient or the family. Grounds offer a nice retreat if you can walk outside.

There are so many great things I have to say about Orchid Cove. Clinical Staff, Nurses, CNA's, Administration, Receptionist, and all Support Staff are a pleasure to know and have been of great assistance to me, as a visitor, whose best friend is a resident there. They are super friendly, professional, and and exceptionally skilled and are taking great care of my friend! ❤
