Orchard Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

My dad was in Orchard’s rehab wing. I can say the staff truly care and do everything they possibly can with what they have. There are countless stories of nurses, aides, and PT/OT staff finding unique ways to make him as comfortable as possible during the months he was there (i.e. finding a radio for his room, finding wheelchair/bed types that best accommodates his growing needs). I am so deeply grateful to each of them. Brittany is the social worker there and rockstar communicator. Truly from day one was empathetic, sincere, and consistent. Very nice staff. Very clean place. I have been living here for 16 months and I couldn't complain about anything. Well I could but only me being whiny. I'm glad to be here. If you have to be in a place like nursing and rehab by this is your place.

Everyone was so helpful with my dad's transition to skilled nursing care. Excellent communication and support from the administration and management teams. This is a difficult time for my dad, mom and family. They have treated my family with respect and kindness. Thank you

I came there to visit my brother. To begin with i am a retired nurse andvworked in a nursing home for awhile. I was impressed right from the moment I walked in. The cleanliness and smell was awesome. The smell gym The kitchen smelled good. The nurse at the station was very nice and helpful. Lastly to see my brother looking so clean and well cared for was a big relief. His room was clean and well kept. Well done. I'm very impressed. Thank you.

My mother was placed on the rehab side and really enjoyed the experience of the caring staff. She had a wonderful roommate which made the whole experience better. Her social worker Brittany was always so good with her and with us in getting information and making sure we were all on the same page.
