Dr. Soo is great. Explains things, tells me what I'm doing well, suggests what I could do better, and very thorough. Some dentists look in your mouth for about 10 seconds after a hygienist does the heavy lifting - Dr. Soo does it all, so she knows exactly what is going on.

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Choi for a routine cleaning amd check up and it was a wonderful experience. I've never had a dentist take so much time with me and give such detailed feedback of every single tooth or any area of concern if there was one. Dr. Choi was extremely kind and very thorough with her exam and cleaning. I would highly recommend Orchard Park Family Dental and will now be bringing my entire family to Dr. Choi. Everything from the check in, to the waiting area, cleaning, exam and of course Dr. Choi was top notch.

Dr. Choi is the best! She’s very patient and kind and very detailed. She takes lots of pictures and describes what exactly Is the issue and what needs to be done. She shows pictures on the monitor and describes throughly the available options. Ive also text message Dr. Choi when I had a dental emergency, she replied quickly via text message and directed me what steps to take. It’s nice to have a dentist that appreciates today’s technology.

Dr Choi and her office staff are wonderful. Going to the dentist has always been my least favorite place to go but she is very gentle and takes my anxiety into consideration. She explains everything about any issues you have with a tooth/teeth in a very easy way to understand.

First I want to thank Dr. Goodwyn for her choice of Dr. Soo when it was time for her to retire. Making these transitions can difficult. This time, however, it was actually a pleasure. The office staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Soo is an excellent dentist for whom I have immense respect. She is meticulous and at every visit I learn more about how to take better care of my dental health. I highly recommend this dental practice.
