Orchard Manor

Orchard Manor is a great facility, made even better by the people who work there. The team is responsive and truly supportive, making collaboration seamless. Communication is consistent and thoughtful, and it’s clear that everyone works together with the same goal in mind. I especially want to recognize Kendra, Lisa, Jen, Brigette, Megan, Roger, and Shon, along with so many others who have been absolutely amazing to work with. Their professionalism, follow-through, and genuine commitment make a real difference for residents and families. It is truly a pleasure to work alongside such a dedicated team!!

My mother had 2 strokes and had surgery and went to be rehabbed there. She went days without her pain medication. Rebecca who is a supervisor is belligerent and rude when questioned, unprofessional and passes the buck. Shyana is very patient and kind however and helped my mother. She’s the only reason they’re even getting 2 stars. DONT SENDYOUR LOVES ONES HERE

I was there for 2 months. Everyone was fantastic! CMAs were kind patient and did their jobs very well. Food was delicious, Very clean too.P.T. were very good. I'm having hip surgery next year and I plan on going back for rehab.

Recently had a stroke and was placed in The Grove in New Wilmington. After 2 weeks and the neglect and poor service I received from the Director of Speech Therapy, I was convinced to give The Orchard Manor in Grove City a chance. Easily the best decision I made. The lead Keri and her fabulous team Ashley, Linda and Lori, Physical and Occupational therapy and a bright new young man, Jason for Speech, I received the best care I possibly could have gotten and I'm so appreciative of that group. Nurse Tina, Nurse Barb, the aides and I know I'm leaving out people and I'm sorry. Having a stroke at 53 is extremely scary and emotional. The rug is literally pulled out from you in just one night. What a FANTASTIC PLACE, my husband and I put our loved one in there for her Dementia. They work with her everyday with doing activities( which our daughter- n- law and her crew does an AWESOME JOB with ALL the residents) The nursing staff, the occupational therapy and physical therapy does a great job as well. We NEVER HAD an issue with ANYONE. I have seen places in kittanning, and I wouldn't even put my dog in those places compared to orchard manor, we are VERY THANKFUL for what a great place and clean place the facility is.. My mother n law LOVES IT THERE..
