Orchard Hills Pharmacy

There is guaranteed to be an issue with this pharmacy almost every month. The other 1 star reviews are accurate. Have been using this pharmacy for several years now and the issues, like prescription not ready when planned days in advance, very poor customer service, or insurance issues that take me weeks to deal with caused by the pharmacy, continue to increase in frequency. Like someone else said: It is almost always something.

Today was my first time here. I must say the staff was amazing to say the least! They are very down to earth, knowledgeable and treat you like you’ve been using them forever. I will definitely have my prescriptions sent there from now on. I highly recommend them!!

The Drive-Thru is usually fast, the pharmacy has very convenient hours, staff is professional & knowledgeable

Love Orchard Hills Pharmacy! I have been getting my prescriptions from them for over 10 years! Very welcoming and great customer service! Everyone is willing to help; fast and prompt service! The pharmacist/owner has always taken the time to answer my questions that I may have. I would highly recommend this friendly neighborhood pharmacy to anyone!
