Orchard Hill Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center

Prior to coming to Orchard Hill, I was at another facility where I developed an infection in my leg. I was hospitalized, and from the hospital I made the decision to come to Orchard Hill for my recovery. I truly could not have chosen a better place. From the moment I arrived, everyone here was excellent. When I came into the facility, I had a wound VAC and was dealing with a serious infection. Today, the wound VAC is off, the infection is completely clear, and my wound has fully healed. When I first started therapy, I could only stand on one leg. Ms. Sandy was a tremendous help from day one. She told me that she was going to get me out of here, and she worked with me every step of the way. She even gave me helpful pointers on how to stay strong and continue improving after my discharge. B

I have had an excellent experience visiting my friend who has been a patient there for the past 2 years. She always appears very happy with the staff and the food menu. The staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. The building is very clean. I would highly recommend anyone to use them for the future. ⁰

Hello Everyone, My experience at Orchard Hill Rehabilitation was very rewarding. When I first. entered your Rehabilitation, I was please with the staff, cleanliness, refreshing smell. Everyone was friendly and respectful. If you needed directions they were eager to show you the way with a smile ☺️ As I proceeded walking through Orchard Hill Rehabilitation the patients seems happy and cared for. I have my family member as a patient here. I'm so grateful that she's in a clean facility with a loving and caring staff. They came in and did there rounds . Valarie the social worker was great. The aids here were all exceptional. Sandy in OT, Aquilla in OT, Lydia the therapy director were all a breath of fresh air as well as Mathew in PT. RiQuel the Concierge was hands down the best! She always came around at the perfect time. She made sure to always close out whatever my concerns were and she did the small tidiuos tasks for me with no problem. Orchard was a great experience and I'm thankful I was able to come here.

I wouldn’t send my dead gold fish to this facility. Unfortunately my grandmothers insurance would only cover orchard hill and they happened to be the only place with an open bed. She was transferred after a few falls and hip surgery, transferred by ambulance to a room at orchard hill. They get you at first, act all loving and caring as if they actually care about your family member. She was there 9 weeks, every time we went down to visit 1 hour away from every relative… it took 5-6 times to get a nurse to help her with getting ready for the day or even helping her up so we could spend time with her as a family outside of her room. Fast forward to the fantastic place we had her moved too way closer to family members, first day they examined her for 45 minutes to find out she had yet to be b
