Abuse of Authority, Not a Misunderstanding If you’re looking for professionalism, integrity, or consistent service, this pharmacy was not my experience. The owner (Dr. Cho) used his position to create personal access rather than simply provide professional service. When I attempted to address concerns directly, communication was first avoided, then stopped altogether, and eventually became hostile instead of accountable. What raised the most concern was what happened after that access ended: the price of my medication increased. When pricing appears to shift after a personal interaction goes wrong, it raises serious questions about whether customers are being treated consistently or fairly. Cho, Adam, and the girls working there have become family. We were with them when they were working Winn Dixie. The entire staff is concerned with patient care and the patient dollar. Not trying to price goug you any chance they can. They are quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and put of this world with top priority patient care! THANKS CHO, ADAM, AND LADIES FOR TAKING CARE OF MY FAMILY!!!!

All smiles… and that’s about it. I filled my prescription and never got so much as a text or call when it was ready. The app couldn’t even recognize me, so I had to hunt them down myself — only to find out they don’t offer delivery either. They offer smiles with poor service, like a warm “welcome” to 1950s pharmacy life. There’s something eerie about how cheerful they are while providing such outdated service. If nostalgia is your thing, you’ll love it. If efficiency matters… good luck.

Great staff who knows how to do their jobs well. They don’t take forever to fill a prescription like so many of the pharmacy chains. If they have your prescribed medication in stock you generally won’t have to wait more than 10 minutes or so to fill your prescription. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

They are the best in town. Very helpful and pleasant staff. The pharmacist will answer any ques tions, about medication is very prompt.
