Fantastic Urgent Care! I was able to be checked in, seen, and treated in 30 minutes. Joel, Angel, and Hunter gave amazing care. Thorough charting making sure to document medications I’m allergic to and I barely felt my shot! Not to mention this is my first time being seen without insurance and the cash price for visit was VERY affordable.
Great place, great staff! Very knowledgeable and always take care of us quickly. Plus they have the best stickers and I always get some candy.
Isn’t deserving of any stars. Walked in and wasn’t acknowledged whatsoever. Waited a while. On my way towards the door the receptionist says, “Have a great day.”
GO SOMEPLACE ELSE! Rude people. Tell you they have 5 other people in front of you… No one comes out…. Have to wait from 7 until 7:45 when they close to pee cuz they wanted to close early and got more paperwork so they couldn’t. The Employees will be rude to clients and not expect them to get the same in return. Not a good experience. Will NEVER come here again. Disgusting how they treat people. Then they act like they are the respectful ones. I would say go someplace else…
Hands down best urgent care experience in south east Texas. Quick, efficient & caring. Will continue to come back instead of going to Beaumont
