Oral Surgery Center of Idaho

Hands down worst follow up from a medical dental center I have ever encountered. Called to ask follow up questions for my son after surgery to be told someone will call me back never happened. Called when I got an ADDITIONAL billing for nearly $700 asking for a breakdown as I paid 2k out of pocket at services and had insurance cover the rest- EOB showed this. Contacted 3x to be told the finance person wasn’t in- bills continued. Insurance shared to continue to follow up. Never received a return call from this office. They like to take your money for service makes sense, it’s a business but don’t go here if you want any follow up or have any questions. Worst service I have encountered in Idaho. Hey maybe now I’ll get a call back.

If I Could more than 5 stars I would! This Office is AMAZING! I was In Extreme pain with a Dry Socket (Ext done in different state) this office got me in same day. Staff were Super Sweet and The Dr. Is Very Kind! I got the medication needed. Instant Pain relief. Definitely the Hero for the Pain and the Day that I Needed!

My surgery was a success, but I had wounds on the sides of my mouth because they weren't gentle with me. My pain level was horrible afterwards too. The surgeon was super nice, but the assistant I had wasn't the brightest.

After having my wisdom teeth taken out, I have had zero complications. Dr. DaBell is a very kind and considorate doctor who sincerely cares for his patients. Thank you very much, Dr. DaBell!

Dr. Dabell was wonderful. I have awful luck with anything involving my teeth. Basically if it can go wrong it does. I explained my anxiety about a tooth extraction to Dr. Dabell and his office workers. They were all very kind and compassionate. The extraction went very well as did the recovery. I really appreciated the care and professionalisms of the entire office. Thank you!
