I’d give Dr. Gray 100 stars if possible. I had such a great experience!!! He even went back after the extraction and did a xray to ensure everything was removed. I appreciated that the most bc I’ve had problems with that in the past with another dentist.

The receptionists were professional, kind, caring and understanding. They were efficient as I did not have to wait but a few minutes before I went in to see the surgeon. He was thorough in his examination was confident he could perform the surgery I needed. Surgery went smoothly and I was released shortly afterwards. I highly recommend this oral surgery practice. You will be in good hands!

This practice is wonderful in every way! Great communication and great service for my teens, who needed wisdom teeth extraction. They were also very helpful with insurance processing. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I was recently seen at thisLocation and was totally disappointed with the way they manage their office , after having my insurance and information for over a week after I was informed they accept my insurance. a week later after the consultation was completed the receptionist said the insurance was not accepted. I told her they waisted my time as well as the dentist time. that information she have bee given before getting to the office and definitely before the consultation, how misleading. I’ve been getting calls about a bill that was generated due to their lack of due diligence for insurance verification this is obviously something that they’ve done before. That’s very poor office practice. I do not recommend this location.

My son needed his wisdom teeth removed. We met Dr. Andrew's and his staff. They are very accommodating and consulted with us to ensure that he was safe and that all of our questions were answered thoroughly. They took excellent care of him and followed up with a phone call to check on him. I appreciate EVERYONE of the staff members that assisted my son. THANK YOU!💜 I highly recommend the Tucker office and if we need any addional services, we will definitely return.
