Oral Surgery 4 Georgia - Sandy Springs

Loved the Dr. and staff at Sandy Springs Oral surgery. They got me in right away, removed my back tooth and it was not at all painful. The Dr. And staff were great and they gave me a rubber tooth that my Golden Retriever loved !

took my son for his wisdom teeth appointment, as we arrived the front desk lady was a little rude. Her tone sounded annoyed, it was busy so i get it and i ignored her. Once my son came out from his surgery, the nurse who brought him out had no patience and very rude. Keep in mind these kids are coming out high out of their mind. My son tried getting up from the wheelchair and she told him to sit down and proceeded to raise her voice at him and started to become a little aggressive with unnecessary comments. Once he was in the car, she gave me the prescriptions for him and basically threw the papers into the car. She didn’t even make sure my hand was fully out for them. After she did that she didn’t say anything and just walked away with an attitude. Shorter colored skin lady with buzz cut

Not exaggerating, every time I call no matter what extension I press it goes directly to VM. I have to reschedule my daughters surgery but can not reach anyone and I've been trying for 2 weeks now. Calling multiple times every day.

Ms. Debbie was so kind and helpful with scheduling my daughter’s appointment. She was able to get my daughter in as soon as possible. She is knowable in all aspects of her appointment management. If you see this review Ms. Debbie our family Appreciates you!!!

My issue was resolved quickly and efficiently by Ms. Debbie, whom also happened to assist with getting my appointment scheduled for my daughter for her surgery earlier this year. She was just as helpful then as she was today. She is a gem and I appreciate being able to connect with her to resolve my concerns.
