Oral Surgery 4 Georgia - Hudson Bridge

Update: The manager finally did reach out to me and refunded my money. She happened to be out of the country and that was not communicated with me. BEWARE! I WAS OVERCHARGED AND CAN'T GET A REFUND!! My son went to Oral Surgery 4 GA in Stockbridge, due to the fact that it was the closest oral surgeon that accepted our Metlife insurance. After being herded through the check in and initial evaluation process, we were informed that we owed $1,913 for wisdom Teeth extraction, which was due upfront. The staff claim that we had "exhausted our benefits ". A few weeks when by, hoping that the claim would go through, showing what I actually owe, but the initial claim was denied due to the provider failing to send X-rays. After a lot of calling around, I finally got them to claim to go through,

Why does this place NEVER answer their phone?? I've been calling for weeks to get an itemized receipt for my job so they won't suspend my card. Every prompt selected says "no one is available to take your call". If you select the prompt asking if you've had surgery and are in pain, the operator says they are closed no matter what time you call...even when you know they are open!

I wish I can give no stars! Waited 2 months for this appointment, We drove an hour to get there and then for them to not even go through with the appointment because her mother had to be there. Okay no problem but why didn’t they say anything on the phone!! I am her aunt and take my niece to all of her appointments and especially her dentist so I didn’t think I had to bring a form for me to bring her! Start telling people then!!! Then telling me I would have to reschedule and nothing available till a month out! Wasted my time, money, and for her to not get her teeth checked and in pain! Definitely will not be coming back and finding a place that will care and do tell there patients what to bring

I had been there three times. Once for my conciliation which was scheduled but we weren’t called back for over an hour. The second time to get my wisdom teeth removed which was the only good experience I’ve had here. And the last time to get someone to check and make sure everything was ok because I was in a lot more pain than I should’ve been a week after my surgery. This time we weren’t supposed to go in at 9 am, and never got called to be seen. An hour and a half later we decided to leave after being told that we were up next to be called. Four people had left from their appointments and two others had been called back AFTER I was told I would be seen next. If you don’t have to book through this office than I wouldn’t. The two ladies that sit at the front desk needs more training in customer service. Especially the one sits to the right when you walk in. You need moral training in how you talk to parents, we are not kids!! This my 3rd encounter with those rude women and from reading all the other reviews it seems they need to fire the whole crew!!
