They looked out for me and took care of my tooth best experience ever and everyone was so nice

Dr. O’Brien, and Stacy the hygienist are were amazing!! They helped me with my tooth pain within 45 mins of my appointment. Also had dental student who was really kind and patient.. I would definitely recommend coming walking out PAIN FREE!!

This place will literally kill you. There unorganized uninformitive unprofessional and dont even try to make an appointment. I made one for oral surgery and thay dident even have me down for one yet thay told me my surgery was 1230 Thursday. And i have the card to prove. Mind you every patient in there was complaining and had issues with them its a nightmare

Zero people were helpful during my scheduled appointment you have to check in at 2 front desks (which no one told me) and go a search for the wing this place is at. Fill out the same form 3 different times (one being online). I waited 3 hours! on a Wednesday when my appointment was at 1:00 (prime work hours.) Plus the hour and half I have to drive back home. Just for the only (nice lady in the back working ) to tell me it's a consultation you have to schedule a week out for extractions. Worst experience go somewhere else 👎👎👎👎👎

Will never come back here ever again I need to speak to someone that’s a director or coordinator possibly higher the treatment is very unfair here I have a infection in my mouth can’t even be seen by the doctor that performed surgery I had to go to urgent care to get help and still haven’t seen the surgeon that performed oral surgery urgent care in Livonia helped me better, quicker and was very responsive to my stitches and gave me medication that the oral surgeon supposed of gave to me. Now I’m here at receiving and still can’t see a doctor very poor unprofessional and do not care about the well-being of their patients especially after surgery shame on you oral surgery DMC
