Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons

The oral surgeons don't care about you. I had problems with my lower jaw and I was told I had gum disease which I never had. They had my records but failed to even read them. The staff are stuck up and are judgmental. The usual Doylestown type. Don't go here.

I went there to have a tooth extracted and then went back to have the hardware added. Dr Huy and his staff were absolutely wonderful! They are caring and explained everything. I would recommend them for sure! Thank you again!

Went for a wisdom tooth removal consultation. Saw Dr. Huy and it was anything but pleasant. I tried to tell him that I had a dental phobia and he did all but laugh in my face. He was EXTREMELY rude, didn’t let me speak or ask questions, didn’t hear me out, was clearly rushed, then told me I had to be intubated to get it removed because my anxiety and other health issues with no real explanation. Yelled at me for wearing earrings during my X-ray… even though the hygienist said it was fine. Made me feel extremely dumb. I felt anything but comfortable here. The appointment ended in tears and I know it’s not his job to comfort me, but him being downright rude to me was unexpected. I am so disappointed at the lack of professionalism from Dr. Huy. I also feel traumatized by the whole situation.

Dr. Mulholland was great! She was extremely calming and welcoming. I went for wisdom teeth extractions and the procedure went wonderfully!

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I also been working in the customer service industry for over 20 years. The representative today on May 17 2024 at 8:52 a.m. was extremely rude. She gave me extremely hard time and kept interrupting everything I said. I feel like customer service agents are getting worse and worse and today was one of those experiences. There's so many other dental surgeons just go somewhere else because this person cares more about being right than being professional and peaceful.
