Thanks to his caring approach, I felt surprisingly relaxed—something I rarely experience in a dentist's chair, especially given the dental challenges I’ve faced since childhood. Excellent visit! Courteous staff! Dr Paraiso was great! He was patient informative and very knowledgeable. He listened to me I never felt rushed. Appreciated his personal interest in my oral care! I had such a good first impression because the staff is so welcoming (dental assistant and receptionist are such sweet women!!). I really had high hopes as upon first impression the dentist seemed compassionate and understanding that I have had dental trauma in the past. But then when I went in for my first actual treatment the dentist would not believe I was in pain during a scraping and multiple extraction. I tried to explain that in the past I have always had trouble going numb without multiple injections. He did not believe me. Told me I was not in pain as tears were coming out of my eyes. I literally was crying. I get the impression he was trying to save costs on the numbing agent at the expense of my suffering. Told me numerous times, "No you are fine", when I was in pain. Very rude

Absolutely amazing experience (as far as dentist appointments go). I get so much anxiety going to the dentist so I have my husband hold my hand the entire time. Dr. Paraiso was patient with me, made it fun, and it didn't hurt at all. The also was the first time I've been shocked by the estimate in the best way possible. He is ethical, honest, and inexpensive. Also, the dental assistant Vi is so calming.

Fantastic dental office to go to. I started because my husband recommended and I really like them. Dr Paraiso is a good dentist, he makes sure to explain everything he is doing or even considering, makes you feel part of the treatment plan, which not many people do. Carla and Vee (sp?) are phenomenal at the clinic and make so much of the positive experience. They are a great team and would recommend everyone to go to them
