Very friendly, kind, understanding and respectable, took their time to explain everything 2 or even 3 times and answered all my questions and concerns I had and treated me properly, treated me as an equal, not like they were better than me but rather we are ask humans on this earth together which is rare now a days. I appreciate everyone that treated me that day with the health and mental state I was in that day. I was really scared, upset, worried, in shock and they all took their time to tell me step by step everything that was going on in English form, not doctor form with long doctor explanations lol! Thank you all! You guys really calmed my nerves and made me feel more calm and like a human with no judgement and not just a patient that didn't matter. God bless all of you 🫶🙏🙏

Definitely not coming back here. Waited over 2 hours to be seen. And that’s after checking in before arriving then physically checking then leaving for an hour to come back and wait another 2+ hours. That is just insane. Would’ve been faster going to a hospital. Don’t recommend at all 👎🏽

It was very easy to schedule an appointment on line. Dr. Collins and all staff members were very accommodating and friendly. They provide fast service and quality care and I was able to avoid a trip to the emergency room which saved me time and money.

From the moment I arrived today December 31st 2025 until the moment I left the experience was phenomenal. I walked in they checked me in, roughly 1 hour wait to be seen called back, told the doctor m y symptoms and how I was feeling, examined me assessed me gave me a nebulizer treatment, prescribed me antibiotics, steroid, cough medicine, and nebulizer treatments for home. Treatment was for possible pneumonia give this urgent care 10 stars. Thank You Dr. Darlene Sylvain for the phenomenal care you gave me today. Couldn't ask for better care.

Ridiculous they tell you you are next call other people. 4 hours because walk ins were taken first. Someone with seizures who has not slept in a lot of pain and not an emergency. Worst urgent care to ever go to. My advice go the the er instead it’s faster.
