My husband got a call and asked what days specifically would not work for an appointment. He replied with the day of our first child’s scheduled c section due date, one month away (and only one day). The next day he was schedule for his C&P exam on that day… The ONE day we cannot accommodate. I’m convinced they’re doing this to mess with people and should be investigated. So many reviews saying the same thing. Now it is becoming an absolute nightmare for him to reschedule that appt.
MRG exams provides the providers for this location...Optum serve just hides behind them. Yes ..the guy Matt at the front desk is unbelievably rude. Sherri is scary. My provider, Sheema kept saying how much she hated MRG. Stay clear of this mess
I must say that I am very disappointed. 24 June I was initially called to have my appointments explained to me and then was asked about my availability. I informed that lady that any day, any time is good EXCEPT 25 July-9 AUG 2024. I will be out of the country. Not 2 hours later I got notification that I had an appointment scheduled for 30 July! I called right away and informed the person on the phone, that this needed to be rescheduled (due to NO FAULT OF MY OWN). This person went over the dates and times with me again and they were listed in my "availability notes". This same person said it would have to go to a review board for them to decide what to do. I had to drive almost 60miles for a C&P back in APR. Today I called and asked what was going on with the travel re-imbursement. I was told a re-imbursement check was never even cut. Super ghetto and unprofessional person who administered my PFT and didn't process travel. No, this a bad company. Never had this problem under the other companies. Hope I don't have to go to this garbage company again.
I have a suggestion that would help your company better serve veterans. If a C&P is scheduled for a time the veteran can not accommodate they are offered a 5 day window to make another appointment. Jeepers that effectively eliminates leaving home for even a week. So basically what you are telling your veterans is “ file a disability claim but you can’t leave town till your C$P is completed “ seeing the claim system can easily take several years to complete this is a extreme burden. Over the last 18 months I’ve dealt with your company on several occasions. While I have had some good experiences I have to say several times it’s been very difficult and believe you are engaged in bureaucratic bullying of America’s veterans.
