Optum Radiology - Howard Beach

Went here 2 weeks ago for mammogram. I should not have and wont again. Technicians are good but at the end you deal with front desk more and so rude and mean ... Not for me

I have been going to your Howard Beach location for many years. It is always a pleasant experience. The front desk personnel as well as all of the technicians I have come in contact with are ALWAYS nice, informative, knowledgeable and perform their duties extremely competently. There is never an extended waiting time and I am usually taken within 10/15 minutes of my arrival. Your staff at this office should be commended for the stellar way they do their jobs. Nancy Ruane

It's a shame, no matter how good the technicians are, the attitude of the front desk is terrible. How such a large corporation allows such rude behavior from their receptionist, is clearly a sign that their number one concern is not the patient. Never going back.

Just no courtesy. I arrived and there were only two other people in the office. The Desk staff didn't even acknowledge me or say hello when I was standing right in front of their face. They acted like they were too busy to even talk to me. I mean how hard is it to say "Hello, I will be with you shortly"? I was a new patient and all they need to do is give me the forms for me to fill out and I can wait patiently and do my part. They don't have time to talk to you, but they can have personal conversations. It's just ridiculous how people can think this is acceptable behaviour from a professional. The customer service is just getting worse. If you really hate your job so much that you can't even acknowledge your patients and say hello then find another job and give it to someone with a better
