Optum Primary Care - Syosset

I recently moved and was looking for a new primary care provider, and I'm so glad I found this office. The mobile app is made registration and scheduling incredibly easy. The appointment itself was great: the waiting time was short (much shorter than my previous provider!), and the staff gave a clear introduction and explained all the next steps thoroughly. There was the follow-up call with my test results, which saved me from having to schedule another office visit. Highly recommend this practice for their efficiency, clear communication, and modern approach!

I had my blood drawn & physical done at this location. Everything always goes very smoothly. I find all personnel very courteous, efficient and professional.

Absolutely awful experience. I was forced to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time, which is completely unacceptable. The doctor—who will remain unnamed—had the empathy of a brick wall. My questions were ignored, concerns brushed off, and the referrals were completely mishandled. Total incompetence. This place is disorganized, careless, and a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Optum Health. There are far better options out there—this isn’t one of them.

Went in for my annual physical. Entire process from check in to check out went flawlessly. Dr Federbush is a wonderful doctor, who spends time with you, answering questions, explaining details of visit, and shows great empathy, he genuinely cares
