Immaculately clean office and exam rooms. Easy to make or change an appointment. No long wait in waiting room. Polite staff and my doctor who is Doctor Burzotta is an Amazingly caring, knowledgeable, polite and thorough doctor. He takes the time to address my medical condition and avenues of treatment but I never feel rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Burzotta and his staff.

Unprofessional canceled last minute. I was already in an uber 3 mins away. I understand I was a few minutes late to my appointment, but being six minutes late shouldn’t have prevented the appointment from happening altogether. A full examination takes longer than that. If the doctor had something planned so close to my appointment the office should have called me and asked to reschedule way before my appointment not when I’m already on the way.

SCAM ALERT!!! THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU A BOOT FOR $60 CASH IN OFFICE AND WHEN YOU DECLINE IT - THEY SAY WE CHECKED WITH INSURANCE COMPANY AND SAY ITS COVERED UNDER INSURANCE, YOU WILL HAVE TO NOT PAY ANYTHING OUT OF POCKET. FEW MONTHS LATER YOU GET A BILL FOR $100. THEY GOT PAID $430 FOR THE BOOT (7 TIMES MORE) FROM INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEN BILL YOU ADDITIONAL $100. WHEN YOU CALL THEM - THEY SAY SORRY THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT. GREED HAS NO LIMIT. HAD A HORRIBLE TIME WITH THEM. DR. STEPHEN DINI AND HIS OFFICE STAFF SCAMMED US. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE HEADACE AND MONEY YOU WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH WITH THIS COMPANY.

What a great experience from the moment I walked into the reception area to the moment I left. The staff are very well organized, courteous, professional in every way. Did not have to wait but a few minutes to be seen by the doctor. Doctor was very knowledgable, professional, put me at ease. My problem was diagnosed very quickly and I had a treatment plan within minutes. One of the best experiences I've ever had in such an office. I drove from Queens to Long Island because I heard about the pleasant experiences of others. Keep up the good work folks. Much appreciated.

Both my husband and I are patients of the office. The staff are always welcoming. They have been helpful with all insurance issues and with obtaining authorizations. We have never had to wait long at our appointments. And both of our doctor's are very caring and professional.
