My most recent experience with Optum Pediatrics’ staff NP, Pam Bacani has been nothing short of impressive. During a recent appt. With one of our kids Pam took her time answering all of our daughter’s concerns and helping connect the dots right in the FIRST VISIT!! Our daughter was truly impressed with her knowledge and her level of professionalism!! Thank you Pam! Our Family/ Our daughters have been patients with Optum Pediatric for over 20 years (Since the practice was known as KidFixers). I can tell you with great confidence their staff is highly knowledgeable and professional, but most of all they’re compassionate and caring.

I did my homework before picking Dr. Wolert as my son's pediatrician, and wow — she more than delivered. Our first visit was almost 45 minutes, and she gave me her full attention the entire time. She was kind, empathetic, and actually listened to every concern I had (which, as a new mom, meant a lot). She was gentle with my baby, reassuring with me, and honestly the best pediatrician I've met so far — especially after a not-so-great experience at Pediatric Health Associates in Plainview. The moment that really stuck with me? She gave me a hug at the end and told me I was doing a great job. That's exactly what every new parent needs to hear. Can't recommend her enough.

Been going for 5 years since my son was born, lots of turn over with the staff but great place, each room is themed, doctors are all nice, Never that long of wait, and they’ll fit you in for emergencies, are on call in the middle of the night if you need something for emergencies
