I am writing to express my serious concern about the repeated unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of your front desk staff member Lisa (the woman with black glasses). Lisa has repeatedly canceled our appointments without clear reason and at times changed our appointment times at the last minute. Her attitude has been rude, impatient, and dismissive, especially toward patients whose first language is not English. This has made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. Despite these experiences, I want to emphasize that we are very satisfied with the professionalism and kindness of your doctors, whose care and warmth are the reasons we have continued to stay with your clinic. Unfortunately, while this facility has great doctors, the front desk staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to receive a necessary vaccine, only to be told upon arrival that they didn’t have it—despite confirming earlier that they did. The staff also incorrectly insisted that our insurance plan was Medicaid, even after we contacted the insurance company in their presence, who confirmed it was not, note we pay over $1300 monthly for coverage. When we requested to speak with the manager, we were told she was in a meeting. My family and I feel discriminated against and fully intend to take this matter further.

I am shocked by the one star reviews, I really don’t believe them. I have three boys and have been going here for years and always had a wonderful experience. Dr. Davis is so great with my boys and all the doctors are really wonderful in my opinion and the office staff is fine, I don’t know what people are talking about in the negative comments.

This office is extremely unprofessional and discriminatory. They intentionally canceled my appointment upon my arrival and refused to let me see a doctor, falsely claiming that my insurance isn’t a commercial plan. When we asked to discuss the matter with the manager, she was magically in a “meeting”, when we saw Joanne walk outside her office to speak and laugh with her coworkers. How are you a doctor’s office but unwilling to help kids? This level of unprofessionalism has happened too many times, and I strongly believe this is an act of discrimination.

Aside from the fact that the women at the front desk are ill tempered and disrespectful no matter what day of the week or what time of day. It wasn’t until I started taking my baby to this office that it propelled me into researching more about vaccine injury. As parents we always wanna do what’s best for our children. But as doctors, parents should be armed with proper education on risks and benefits of vaccines prior to making potentially life-changing decisions. It was hard not to recognize how many children were suffering from minor to severe disabilities at this office. When I tried to have an open and honest conversation about my concerns regarding the magnitude of shots distributed to my newborn, I was met with hostility, pushback, and judgment.
