I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Dr. Nicole Saglamer for my children's recent appointment, and I can't recommend her highly enough! From the moment we walked in, Dr. Nicole Saglamer made us feel completely at ease with her friendly and warm demeanor. She was incredibly patient, taking the time to address every concern we had, no matter how small. What really stood out was that Dr. Nicole Saglamer never made us feel rushed. She explained everything in such detail, making sure we understood each step of the process and answering all of our questions with kindness and clarity. I’m in town visiting family and my son is not feeling well. We took him to PM pediatrics and they recommended to search for a pediatrician. I found one on Zoc Doc and made an appointment. Unfortunately, they don’t allow blood testing or consultation unless your child is already a patient or will become one, which wasn’t helpful for our situation. The staff didn’t offer much guidance or alternatives — so it didn’t make sense that they couldn’t provide basic care or testing. Also doesn’t make sense to have slots open on Zoc Doc for the public. If you’re visiting Long Island or need immediate help, I wouldn’t recommend this pediatric office. Going to a hospital might be a better option.

I cannot thank the team at Optum for their kindness and care. Today, I walked in with my sick toddler without an appointment, and despite that, the staff and doctors welcomed us with such warmth and professionalism. They were extremely polite, compassionate, and understanding, making what could have been a stressful visit so much easier. It’s rare to find a medical team that not only provides excellent care but also genuinely cares about the well-being of their patients and families. I left feeling comforted and truly grateful for their support. Thank you for going above and beyond I highly recommend this office to any parent looking for exceptional pediatric care!

Love love love this office the Doctors are wonderful all 3 the office is extremely accommodating and nothing but professional if your looking for a pediatrician this office is it!!

They have been the pediatricians for my 3 children since they were born, and now I have to find a new pediatrician because they no longer accept my health insurance.
