Optum Orthopedics - Mount Kisco

Waiting room dirty. Customer service people rude. I couldn't believe that I was hearing on the phone. Optum changed "customer service" to the customer advocate. Really? It would be great if you as a patient would be able to get an appointment sooner than 3 - 12 months wait time. Unbelievable!!!

I came here back in June for an injured knee (patella and meniscus). I understand that staffing shortages happen, but my 3 PM appointment turned into quite the waiting game. I didn't get seen until 4:45 PM. What really stood out was watching other patients who arrived after me get seen first — always a nice touch when you’re sitting there in pain. Because of the delay, I ended up having to come back another day just to get my x-rays done. It was a Monday afternoon, so maybe I shouldn’t have been surprised… but still, it’s frustrating when an appointment time doesn’t seem to mean much.

I Highly recommended this surgeon without reservation. The entire process and staff were A++. I have great confidence! Thank You!

I have used Optum for a number of years and the quality of care, coupled with the physicians and staff expertise is phenomenal!

Doctor Ma is amazing, compassionate, her staff amazing as well. Go above and beyond.
