i came across this office on google- i read the reviews and every single one was positive so I decided to give it a try. The office staff is super sweet knowledgeable and welcoming. My hygienist fabi was absolutely amazing, super sweet,caring, explained everything, showed me around the office explaining everything they do introducing the other staff it definitely felt so welcoming. When I got to the room she provided me with a neck pillow that was infused with what smelled like chamomile and it was was warm and just helped calm my nerves, a blanket was provided and the tv had a relaxing video of the sea playing and even when you look up at the ceiling they have a tv as well. Optum is by far the best dental office I've ever been to. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted and made to feel comfortable and wanted. If you're appointment is at 12, you will be seen at 12. There is no waiting. The front desk actually communicates to your dental specialist by radio handsets. They show upmost concern for your comfortability. Warm pillows, blankets if you want, and your favorite Netflix show above you or in front of you. You'll meet Dr. Davies every time. His work speaks for itself. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with the entire staff.

Fears of going to the dentist… be GONE!! Like most people, I hate going to dentist. So much so that I put off going for years and just got used to the idea of never going again. This all changed when my fiancé came back from an appointment here and would not stop talking about how great of an excuse it was. So I decided to check it out for myself, which I am so happy I did. Never did I expect to go to a jettsons/spa-like dentist but here we are. The high technology used was so neat to learn about and the warm neck pillow melted my worries away. What make Optum different from other dentists is that they care enough to ask about about your concerns and put you at ease the whole appointment. I am so glad I decided to try this dentist - it was honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. During my cleaning, they gave me a warm pillow for my neck and even placed a cozy blanket over me, which made the whole visit feel relaxing instead of stressful. The office atmosphere was amazing - soft jazz music playing while the TV displayed beautiful, calming sunset scenes from Hawaii. It truly felt more like a spa than a dental appointment! The staff was professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire visit. I actually left looking forward to coming back, which is something I never thought I’d say about a dentist. Highly recommend!
