Optum Allergy and Immunology - Merrick

This I would say is a mixed review. Physician was gentle and informative. However prior to calling on multiple occasions we discussed what was covered with the office. Unfortunately once bill came it was not service covered. If this was mentioned we would have not gone through with appointment or approved exam. Beware what services you have done!!!

In America, I finally and for the first time found a medical office where the entire team really cares about the patient, takes a lot of time to give information and is friendly. I had the chance to experience this place, especially thanks to Miss Gina's follow and interest. She was very interested and very enthusiastic.For the first time in America, I was satisfied with a health office.

Nashka is always awesome when we walk in. Friendly and personable. She makes my daughter's visits a wonderful experience. Maureen continues the experience getting to know my daughter over the years they talk like friends and put my daughter at ease every time. The cherry on the top of every visit is the doctor. Dr. Radinsky is awesome! She speaks to my daughter as human being, doesn't try to dumb things down, she shoots straight with her and gives her insight to her conditions and is on point with medications and practices my daughter should adopt. I am happy with the care my daughter gets each and every time we have an appointment. Never leaving these guys!!

Everyone in dr radinskys office is so wonderful and nice to be around!! Dr radinsky made me feel so comfortable from day 1 and she has really helped my allergies and asthma! Maureen and Angela are amazing and giving me my shots, i don't ever really feel them and i get 3 weekly!

Dr. Radinsky and staff are wonderful. They always take their time with me. They are always on time and easy to schedule appointments with. I always feel well taken care of in the hands of this great office.
