Optum Allergy and Immunology - Clifton

Guys ought to be ashamed to call yourselves a Dr office. Cancelling appts consistently without letting the person know multiple times over a period of months. Never being staffed. Probably have 5 clients to your name at this point. You come into the field to help people and all you do is the opposite. A reason you guys are rated so low. Awful office. No one should even think about going here.

SATISFACTORY CARE. Went to see Dr. Mark Weinstein for a hive issue. His consultation was valuable. He took his time to explain the cause and treatment options one by one in logical manner. He was honest about what he knew and what he didn't. Great. The receptionists are nice although they may not sound the warmest on the phone. Make sure to fill out all the forms electronically prior to the visit. The instructions are straightforward. Dr. Weinstein is now my go-to guy for any allergy / hive / immune system issues.

I was not satisfied with the service. I went to Dr. Abbassi twice to give her the benefit of the doubt. She did not listen to my concerns or questions regarding my son. When I asked her if she could prescribe anything for one of his issues, she stared at me in the face and asked me what I expected her to prescribe. Excuse me? Aren’t YOU the doctor who I brought my son to for help? Very unprofessional and left a very bad taste in my mouth. All the providers I’ve seen from Optum have been amazing and have gone above and beyond expect for Dr. Abbassi.

This facility Riverside now know as Optum is very disorganized they don’t tell you where your appointments are they just book you were ever they want And when you call they give you and attitude like it was the patient mistake. My kids were patients of riverside for over 10 years. I am no longer taking my children or am I referring anyone to this place it’s disgusting how they operate.

The staff is incredible!! Very caring. Lovely office with amazing knowledgeable providers.
