A day after I received my eyeglasses by mail, I called the Kaiser-Shadeland optical desk to have them adjusted. The female personnel on the other line confirmed my choice to come in at a certain time --- September 23, 2012 @ 1:00 pm. When I arrived on schedule, the guy behind the counter asked me if I had an appointment. I explained to him my prior phone confirmation earlier in the day. He then asked me for my medical card and seemingly inputted some information on his computer. He then directed me to take a sit. There were only two customers being attended to. In the meantime, there were about five other Kaiser employees just sitting & walking around.
