Optometry Eyecare on the Avenue PLLC

My father was seen for an eye exam at this practice and was told he would be contacted when his glasses were ready. He was never called. Shortly after his appointment, the office abruptly closed without notice. His vision benefits were used, yet he received no glasses and no copy of his prescription. He is now left without eyewear and would have to pay out of pocket to start over. This situation has been extremely frustrating and unfair, especially for a senior relying on Medicare benefits. Patients deserved proper communication and follow-through.

chose this practice based on the glowing reviews, and they certainly lived up to the hype! After wearing glasses for most of my life, this was the first time I truly felt cared for. Dr. Peace is incredible—her dedication to her patients is evident in everything she does. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all my questions with patience. I left feeling informed and valued. Highly recommend!

Really inconsistent hours and hard to get a hold of anyone. Its 2pm on a Tuesday and I can't get a hold of anyone at the store. Had this issue several times in the past and I'm tired of it. Dont think I'll go back.
