Very friendly, professional, and clean! You walk in and you get the warmest welcome from the staff and they explain everything very well. They only look to see if the customer is comfortable with all that they do and they do such a good job with managing their time. I came for contacts and they made sure that I was comfortable with the fitting and I went up one prescription on one eye so they gave me plenty of spare contacts for me to use while I sit on my decision of if I wanted to keep the prescription or go back to the lower prescription only because they were looking out for me and knew that it was difficult to have 2 separate prescriptions especially when the prescription is different only by -.25. 10/10 would recommend this place to someone and I will be coming to this spot from now

I’m very grateful for the care I received at this clinic today. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were warm and helpful. The optometrist was kind and attentive, and the doctor took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The entire team made me feel respected and well cared for. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality eye care.

Excellent service!!! I called and had appointment the very next day. The technician named Martha was nice, fast, and thorough with the medical equipment and helping me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr Carter was extremely nice, helpful and I trusted her expertise when it came to explaining what’s going on with my vision. She made sure I understood everything as she went along with the exam. She went over my test results especially when it came to the health of my eyes since I have diabetes. Everyone was very friendly as soon as you enter the office. I will definitely recommend this optometry place to anyone who’s looking for a great optical center.

I visited this place and staff was welcoming and helpful, however came across very rude doctors. I paid for my contact fitting and took forever to get them and we agree in monovision and they were never ordered as such. I had a second opinion and they were never monovision, just single vision. Frustrating experience since the very beginning. Doctor not listening to my concerns, I do know XR contacts take time but I got my trials in 2 weeks in the second opinion place. The worst part is when an asian doctor decided to raised her voice at me. Some people forget about customer service, and despite how frustrated someone can be, you can still be polite about it(and the end of the day I am the customer and the one struggling with my vision) They were offering me to give up my XR prescriptions s
