The past several years they changed my appointments constantly. Without telling you today Im done with it !!!
Love the Doctors at Optometric Physicians but the staff could use a little help with customer service. I needed my eyeglass Rx but was expired, which I understand was why they couldn't give it to me, but the lady in the cashier office was rude and very unhelpful. I wasn't even offered an appt. To get a new eye exam. Felt like I was bothering her so I just left. Maybe she was having a bad day. Not my fault.
I showed up to my appointment and was told my appointment was changed. I was never contacted to o agree to this!
