Horrendous company. My sister was discharged from the hospital and was to have infusions every day for 9 days.day 1 no show day 2 no show day 3 no show day 4 no show day 5 did come no excuses for the no show day 6 no show day 7 no show day 8 no show day 9 nurse called wanted to show up at 830pm. Now in the meantime she needed these infusions. Her college age son had to be shown by a medical how to do the infusion, she was also told to do it herself. Which she had to do. My sister in law drove out from Pennsylvania to do an infusion she is a hospice nurse. Calls went unanswered I sent 2 emails unanswered. Phone calls no answer. I will be making a state complaint. And notifying the hospital. Stay away from this company.zero stars

I absolutely adore my nurse Rick, which is the most important thing for me. I have a complex vein/line situation and feel totally confident in the infection control protocol and his skill level with clinical observation is off the charts. Also just a good person and very easygoing and reasonable. Onboarding was easy and I was provided a lot of information on financial support to apply to. The secure texting is helpful as I have a job where picking up the phone is impossible. Absolutely no complaints so far! And my insurance can be a pain but they processed without extra help from me.

I’ve had a very mixed experience with option care. Stephanie who registered me has been the only saving grace. I have a newborn at home and it’s only my husband and I, so going to the infusion center was extremely difficult and near impossible for me especially now that my husband is back to work. Stephanie helped me to make sure a nurse came to see me and followed up to ensure that it actually happened. There’s a lot of miscommunication with the nurses and the scheduling department to the point they were “confirming” that I agreed to go to the infusion center when I never heard from anyone nor would have agreed to going since i had a 3 week old at home. Stephanie has been very kind, patient and helpful with dealing the stress that this whole process has been.

Will not return your emails or phone calls. I have been trying to get scheduled with them for MONTHS and they strung me along, eventually charging my credit card for a treatment they won't schedule me for, and now are ghosting me about my refund. *I still don't have the healthcare I need* and I'm down $350, 6 months later. STAY AWAY!

My mom’s nurse Dana was amazing! She answered all our questions and made sure my mom was taken care off. She was the best!
