This place is HORRIBLE! Stay away…. The staff are not warm or inviting and lack professionalism. This place is a tooth chop shop. Optimus is a Greedy corporation who’s only concern is their bottom line$. They will extend and prolong your oral care just so they can milk the system. Their policies are ridiculous and will have you waiting for years before you actually get any work done on your teeth. For a long time this was the only option for me with my health insurance. But now you have options. Take your charts and RUN to Downtown Dental, a wonderful practice for your dental needs.

The welcome area is clean with convenient parking garage, The location can be easily reached by taking I95 The receptionist are friendly and knowledgeable to answer and questions you may have to get your teeth healthy again. My Dentist Dr.Kotsay is very thorough,Professional and caring asking questions regarding the Xray and any discomfort I may be feeling. I trully recommend this facility They Care all i was looking for Thank You Dr.Kotsay and your amazing Team.

Worst dentist I’ve ever came across! I droppEd a paper off to be filled out. They told me 5-10 days for the dentist to fill out and they would call when ready. They lost the paper and never called. I dropped Off a new form and they told me it would be ready the next day and when i called They said I have to wait another 5-10 days all the paper needs is a signature.

Es la peor clínica dental , las personas que "trabajan" ahí , nunca contestan el teléfono, y uno va se demoran en atender , solo pasan hablando de cosas personale y el elos celulares,

Poco profesional, poca atención a los pacientes.
