Great friendly staff! Very helpful and accommodating to clients. Older clients who need help using equipment are treated with respect and dignity. Aleida & Eva are the Best! Very compassionate and professional. There was an emergency and they reacted quickly and calmly to get paramedics there.

I had a very good experience with Optimum Rehab in LaBell. The staff was excellant and knowledgable. I had a wonderful time and they made me feel better. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because the charged me (accidentally, I am sure) more than the $140 they should have and are now dunning and threatening me with legal action if I don't pay even more. I always paid my portion of the bill and, in January, paid the amount they wanted for deductable. I am happy with the staff, not the billing department.

The first 4 times I went there it was good. Today there were people visiting in the PT room, laying on the bench, sitting in chairs, playing music on there phone's, very loud, speaking Spanish, found it very distracting and unprofessional. There is a waiting room for visitors, the therapist has no control. Letft my appointment after being there about 10 minutes and cancelled next week's. I will not go back to that facility.

Hello, I am very satisfied with the attention of the optimal rehabilitation in Labelle fl, the patient care is very professional and dedicated especially the therapist Aleida is a very professional person not only with her patients also with the members of the gym she always has a smile and good attitude the local teams are always clean, everything is organized and in very good conditions very calm and professional environment I have a back problem and my improvement was almost immediate with the exercises, to this center I give a 10.

Excellent facility and program. Staff is professional, caring and compassionate. I highly recommend optima in LaBelle.
