Optimum Direct Care is an amazing to take care of almost every health need. Doctor Muzzi and stuff is very friendly and helpful. I love the opportunity that I can communicate with the doctor over the phone any time without an appointment. And if I have urgent need I can come to the office the same day or next day. Doctor Muzzi is the best family physician I have met before. She is very personable and gives a lot of the time and attention to me as patient. I recommend this place to everyone!

My husband and I travel almost an hour each way to see Dr. Muzzi. We always feel that she takes the time we need to answer our questions and listens to our concerns. She is always available to us via phone or text and responds promptly when we need her. Optimum Direct Care gives personalized, caring service and we are so glad to have found this primary care physician. Her office is warm and welcoming, and so is her staff. We love them all!

Becoming a patient of Dr. Muzzi has been one of the best decisions I've ever made for my health. This year has been my first without traditional health insurance, and I had wanted to join a direct care practice for some time (as I had done extensive research on the benefits). I'm so glad I found Dr. Muzzi! I truly have never felt as though I've received as good of care before. She and her office respond quickly to questions, and she helped point out potential "red flag" areas of my health that other healthcare providers had overlooked or didn't care to look into. I plan to be a patient for a very long time, and encourage anyone I know to go the direct care route as often as possible.

Dr. Muzzi and staff provide exceptional service rarely found in healthcare today. At Dr. Muzzi’s office we all received the most thorough annual physicals of any office we’ve ever been to. Membership in her office has saved us money, time and stress over traditional healthcare options. Her staff, Erin and Kenia, all treat you like family. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and easy to reach even after traditional working hours. Dr. Muzzi has saved me from many a late night costly trip to urgent care. My son tends to be accident prone. Even though I feel like a frequent flier at her office we are never made to feel like we are a bother to her in any way. I’m very thankful I found Dr. Muzzi and Erin in 2018.

I have lived in Orlando for a long time and since finding Dr. Muzzi, Erin and now Kenia, I am entirely confident that I am receiving care, service and respect at the very highest level.
