I came to see Dr. Mani for my chronic knee pain. He is hands down the best physical therapy practitioner in Michigan. Not only did he relate my medical workplace movements, he gave sound advice and state of the art medical treatments. He is very knowledgable on human anatomy and physiology and is able to explain the concepts and movements in a way I can understand. This place is a gold mine. Highly recommend!!!

I've trained with Brendan Rosenbergh for a few years now. I’m a Professional Breaker and have competed at the U.S. Open for years. I’ve been working with Brendan and he helped me get 2 -1st place trophies. Finding Optimize PT has probably been the best thing I've done for my lower back pain. I had issues with getting back into running and leg exercises from a pinched nerve and really wanted help with getting back to my lifestyle before the injury. Dr. Mani did an excellent job diagnosing the problem, creating a customized routine for me to focus on where I was weak and what needed to improve. I've been progressing faster than I would've imagined and already feel better doing leg days at the gym or going on the treadmill without pain.
