Optimal Therapy Cheyenne

I had a great experience here! The front desk ladies Leticia and Katie were always friendly, welcoming, and super helpful with scheduling. My physical therapist Brooklyn was amazing — patient, knowledgeable, and really made sure I was improving each visit. The techs Aliyah and Carlos were also awesome and kept the sessions positive and comfortable. Such a supportive team all around. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been going to Affiliated Therapy for a year and a half now and I'm just blown away by their kindness and professionalism every appointment. I honestly feel like family when we're there. Everyone in the office is always happy and smiling- especially the clients. Since we've been there so long, a lot of employees have worked with my daughter and they are all genuinely good people who make therapy fun and effective. They also care about sharing enriching therapy practices with parents. This allows me to feel empowered at home, where I can continue my daughter's therapy and improve her quality of life. My daughter has had great progress here but the authorizations are taking longer each time. I understand sometimes it's an insurance issue but I don't have this issue with her other authorizations. These delays can cause her progress to push back. Optimal, 1 month delay? I don't think this was or is an insurance issue.

Today was supposed to be my first appointment, which was scheduled last week. I arrived on time and waited 25 minutes, only to be told that my therapist was running behind and would not be able to see me until 5:30 PM, even though my appointment was scheduled for 5:00 PM. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Please value your patients’ time.

Optimal Therapy has been great for our needs so far. We transitioned out from another clinic earlier this summer for OT. Although we were nervous, the move was worthwhile. The evaluation with Jackie was thorough and attentive. I felt like she took the time to understand the concerns that we had for our son. We were able to get on schedule very easily and so far it’s been great. Our therapist Jyselle is incredibly patient with our son considering his medical conditions. She also gives great feedback and truly takes the time to understand what works well for our son. Our visits have been consistent and on time each week.
