Optimal Performance & Physical

My experience has been that i have never seen such organization, such a helpful and friendly staff and had such good results. Dr. Stegman has helped me tremendously with his years of experience, knowledge and caring personality which extends to every member of the staff. He also helped my wife recuperate from Total Hip Surgery and amazingly return to 100% function. I have been to other facilities over the years but none equals Optimal Performance & Physical.

I have nothing more to say than amazing things about this place. Everyone is very welcoming from day one, and with that I mean the people at front desk and all of the therapists around. You can definitely tell that they all care very much about all of their patients. It is a very nice environment. My physical therapist was Dr. Willem Stegeman. He definitely went above and beyond in every single one of my appointments. He was always so caring, does not rush, and very talkative. He makes you feel comfortable, he listens to your concerns and he is always looking out to you to make sure that you are feeling good and that you are improving. I am very grateful to him, and I am very happy with the results I was able to achieve. Highly recommended 100%!

I loved coming to this facility and the amazing people who work here. Doctor Alex Pontaoe is the BEST pelvic floor therapist and the front desk staff are very accommodating with scheduling and reminders. I highly recommend them!

I have been so blessed to have Willem as my therapist!!!! I have a muscle disease and was losing more and more of my mobility…..my husband is a family physician and he knew Willem, and asked if I would try him, because I’d been to other therapists with no effect. What an amazing difference a good therapist can make!!! He is knowledgeable, he gives me a regimen that’s tailored to my specific problem! He has never given up on helping me, and even on my bad days, has never shown frustration, but patiently works with me to progress. He truly loves physical therapy and is a true professional at his craft!!! The front office girls are also so sweet and welcoming each time I come in, and always quick to help!! My experience with Optimal Performance and Physical Therapies was exceptional. My physical therapist, Nicole Smith, went above and beyond working with me. She pushed me, was supportive, listened, and solved any problems or concerns I had. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this location. The front desk employees were helpful with insurance needs, scheduling and check ins. It is a professional atmosphere and all the PT'S that I witnessed seemed exceptional and caring.
