Arrival time 10:39 This morning I had an experience at Optimal Pain and Wellness that needs to be shared for patient safety. Without provocation, the front office staff became verbally abusive and completely out of control—shouting in a manner that was unprofessional and alarming. Although I had done nothing wrong, I attempted to de-escalate the situation and resolve the matter calmly and professionally. That effort was rejected. The disruption became so severe that other staff members were drawn out front to witness what was happening. I was ultimately denied access to the physician. In hindsight, I am grateful for that. I called to ask a question for a friend that cant verbalize herself. The lady told me she thought it was odd I was calling asking questions had she listened to what i had to say maybe it would have made sense but she was already in her stuck attitude. She legit was a Biahhh. My friend is under 40 and they wont see you if your under 40 CRAZY. Pain doesn't have an age limit. Do not go here even if u are 40 clearly they cant even be professional during a phone call. Ill refer her to my dr. One that cares and doesnt judge your pain based on your age. This is a shame. This lady's name is BJ. If you want help don't go here obviously they are focused on the wrong things. Btw my friend has been in pm for over 5 years her insurance changed 🤦🏾‍♀️

Wish I had the option of leaving zero stars. Had a referral sent to them by my pcp. Was told it was denied because I was under 40 years of age and I would be self pay. Both are illegal and discriminatory in the state of Arkansas!

This is just another one of those revolving doors and they are never helping me just fill meds and send you out the door. Half the year they date my meds on days that the pharmacy is closed and they cant fill the meds until 2 days later because they are dated. This is a real pain in my rear end.

After my apt being canceled 2 times since December due to snow I went in at apt at 10:30 today 4-2-25. Very Rude receptionist and I proceeded to tell her how hateful she was. Never acknowledged I was standing at window. I pecked on it after 5 minutes. She said she had more than just logging me in to do. Very rude person. Not recommend to anyone. She told me to come back on the 23rd. I told her she doesn’t deserve my money and just left. I called Dr to let him know. Hateful customer service
