Optimal Orthodontics

I feel like the front desk people, JENNIFER in particular, need to learn how to speak to people if she is going to deal with the public. Please learn how to be nice and respectful. Also Dr apple is un friendly and i don't really think he knows what's going on. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! we wasted a year on this place and now have to go somewhere else.

I went in for a consultation and had a great experience. The orthodontist was very thorough, knowledgeable, honest and kind. I have a complicated case and he gave me accurate advice and a referral for the next steps in my dental care. I will definitely be back when the other issues are taken care of first. The receptionists were also nice and helpful. All around great place.

Took my daughter in for a consultation. Everyone is so friendly and Dr. Apple answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and wasn’t in a rush. I’m glad I found them and will update my review after my daughter’s treatment.

TERRIBLE FRONT DESK STAFF AND I DON'T THINK DR APPLE KNOWS WHAT PLANET HE'S ON. VERY UNFRIENDLY TOO. WASTED A WHOLE YEAR ON THIS AWFUL PLACE

I went here in my teen years for braces, and the experience was horrible. The staff yelled at me on multiple occasions. They had little to no regard for me. There were different orthodontists working on me every time I went. I never had an option for colors and they gave me an ugly metallic gray color on my braces. If you have an option, don’t go here.
